I thought I was a goner after losing ALL of my data from my external hard drive. I was literally living my worst nightmare.

May I add, Brittney’s calming and assuring tone while I mumbled my explanation of the incident through the phone literally kept me calm and helped assure they were going to fix my major issue.
Guys, they have excellent customer service and were able to save/transfer all of my data to a new external drive.

Next it was able to salvage and recover my family memories and load them onto a flash drive for me.
Additionally they helped me get some cloud storage so I can know my memories will always be safe.
